Ideas come to you for a reason. Often times the ideas that can change your life are dismissed for whatever reason: too hard, not good enough, no time, and classic fear.

An idea came to me to combine two forms of work that I do. Channeled card readings and Hypnosis. I did it one time with my client Alyssa as a try and error. I decided it took too much time and recently it has been on my heart to open this offer up to the public. Sandra Hocchuber is a certified Hypnotist and Healer of Hearts, helping her clients heal from disease and toxic relationships. In this episode, she talked about her life experiences and shared how she personally knows the power of hypnosis and healing oneself. She explains the four basic needs of the psychic and how she is able to help her clients. Many people were taught that helping is a good thing. I won't argue that helping has its benefits. But, what happens when it becomes toxic? Meaning it creates co-dependency and enabler behaviors.
