Ideas come to you for a reason. Often times the ideas that can change your life are dismissed for whatever reason: too hard, not good enough, no time, and classic fear.

An idea came to me to combine two forms of work that I do. Channeled card readings and Hypnosis. I did it one time with my client Alyssa as a try and error. Sandra Hocchuber is a certified Hypnotist and Healer of Hearts, helping her clients heal from disease and toxic relationships. Many people were taught that helping is a good thing. I won't argue that helping has its benefits. But, what happens when it becomes toxic? Meaning it creates co-dependency and enabler behaviors.
