Not surprisingly, the Bible has a lot to say about how we can live our lives in a manner that brings glory to God, and especially testifies to the work of Jesus. Some prefer to live as though life will last forever, even though we know better; others prefer to devote their limited time to purposes without any eternal value. But through the gospel of Jesus, we are given a cause worthy of our days and our years: seeking his kingdom. Whether in our own lives, our families, our churches, or our communities, only what is done for Christ will last, but everything we do for him will be enjoyed for eternity. Are you submitting your schedule to what really matters?
