בָּרוּךְ פּוֹדֶה וּמַצִּיל, בָּרוּךְ שְׁמוֹ.

Blessed be He Who redeems and saves. Blessed be His name.

We shall extol You, God our Lord, with praises and music;

נְגַדֶּלְךָ וּנְשַׁבֵּחֲךָ וּנְפָאֶרְךָ, וְנַמְלִיכְךָ וְנַזְכִּיר שִׁמְךָ מַלְכֵּנוּ אֱלֹהֵינוּ.

we shall magnify, exalt and glorify You; we shall affirm Your sovereignty and recall Your name, our King, our God.

You are unique, granting life to the worlds,

May G-d be gracious unto us and bless us, and shine His face upon us forever,

לָדַעַת בָּאָרֶץ דַּרְכֶּךָ, בְּכָל גּוֹיִם יְשׁוּעָתֶךָ׃

so that Your ways will be made known upon earth and Your salvation among all nations.

יוֹדוּךָ עַמִּים אֱלֹהִים, יוֹדוּךָ עַמִּים כֻּלָּם׃

The nations will thankfully acknowledge You, O Lord; all the nations will thankfully acknowledge You.

יִשְׂמְחוּ וִירַנְּנוּ לְאֻמִּים, כִּי תִשְׁפֹּט עַמִּים מִישֹׁר, וּלְאֻמִּים בָּאָרֶץ תַּנְחֵם סֶלָה׃

The nations will rejoice and sing joyously, for You will judge nations justly and You will guide nations on earth forever.

יוֹדוּךָ עַמִּים אֱלֹהִים, יוֹדוּךָ עַמִּים כֻּלָּם׃

The nations will thankfully acknowledge You, O Lord; all the nations will thankfully acknowledge You.

אֶרֶץ נָתְנָה יְבוּלָהּ, יְבָרְכֵנוּ אֱלֹהִים אֱלֹהֵינוּ׃

The land will have yielded its produce; God, our God, will bless us.

יְבָרְכֵנוּ אֱלֹהִים, וְיִירְאוּ אֹתוֹ כָּל אַפְסֵי אָרֶץ׃

God will bless us, and all [the peoples] from the corners of the earth will fear Him.

For His anger endures for only a moment; when He is appeased, life is granted. In the evening, one retires weeping; in the morning, he rejoices.

During the time of my tranquility, I said, “I will never falter.”

יְיָ בִּרְצוֹנְךָ הֶעֱמַדְתָּה לְהַרְרִי עֹז, הִסְתַּרְתָּ פָנֶיךָ, הָיִיתִי נִבְהָל׃

God, when You desired, You made my [strength] stand sturdily like a mountain; when You hid Your face, I was terrified.
