This man preyed on teenage boys in Reno, Nevada.  It is unknown if he escalated in his sexual exploits that may have resulted in physically attacking teens.  He likely has committed crimes that left his victims with horrible memories or their families struggling with their loss.  While teens need to sprout their wings, they also need to know how to protect themselves from predators.
