Be a sell out!

If you are not sold out completely, if you do not have conviction for what you do, why not? You cannot be preeminent doing something you don't feel 100% congruence with.

Your conviction in SOMETHING is what will help you build your audience, attract other leaders and create true movement rather than just sell products like everyone else.

Find your passion, drop the things you are not passionate about and no longer feel conviction about and watch your business, mission and movement grow.

Reputation is everything. You only have one.

Are you being consistent? If not, why not?

Being consistent has two different meanings.

The first meaning is being consistent to your core message, your core products and services - be sure you're not going off on tangents.

Secondly, you need to be consistently creating content. This content is value out into the marketplace. Upgrade your communication value. Create content daily that spreads value to the word and you will be known for being consistent.

You've heard it said, don't ASSUME because it makes an ASS of U and ME.

Assuming leads to confusion and anxiety. The truth is that you are attempting to piece together fragments of a story in hopes of self preservation. "How can I prepare myself for this challenge?" Your brain begins creating a dozen dooms-day scenarios.

It also starts a process of judging the other person involved. Everyone loses when we assume that we know enough to make an educated and intelligent solution.

One helpful way to get over the anxiety about things than will never come to be is to observe more and judge less.
