When it comes to credit, some of us can be free to give it but hesitant to take it. If this is you, take credit for the work you have done, what you have created, the positive change you have made in your life and have inspired in the lives of others.

For some of us, we take more credit than we have earned. Our programs that we sell are not from our own experience rather, they are a summary of what you were just taught - you're re-teaching someone else's work. (Imagine someone taking your course and doing the same). The teaching becomes further and further removed from the reality of what works.

You've been marketed to that you should have an idea and launch your idea successfully in one webinar, eight weeks or with "one click." When we don't we feel like there is something wrong with us.

Why is it that we cannot launch our next thing successfully "overnight."

Consider this...

To lift a rocket 1 inch off the launch pad, millions of dollars have been invested, years of designing, assembling teams, training, programming, building the custom computers, permitting, committees, politics, PR, on and on and on. This is to get a rocket in the position to be ready to launch.

We've also seen many rockets take off and after rising hundreds or thousands of feet they malfunction and must be aborted mid flight. All of that work, millions of dollars, etc. gone.

Once a rocket successfully leaves the launch pad and goes beyond the point of no return and gets to low earth orbit, it has expended over 90% of its fuel.

Back to you. We've got to understand that anything worth building takes time.

Construct your foundation with care and time. Build legacy. It's worth it.

Thank you for judging! We are constantly judging, we compare ourselves or others to standards that we have set for everyone. We also discriminate.

What we have come to think about judging, playing the comparison game or discriminating is the twisted or perversion of making choices based on selfishness, protecting ourselves or our identity or remaining a part of a tribe.

Leaders take sides. They tell us where they stand and what they believe and why. They are opinionated.

Stand strong and be vocal about your position; otherwise you diminish your power and authority as a leader.

Yep, I've "jumped the shark."

Concentric Interlaced Realities came to me one morning upon waking. I remember a second before I awoke I was having a conversation about that very topic.

What I take it to mean is that we all live in our own version of reality and when we connect with each other, through any means, we overlap our realities for a moment. In that moment we interlace our realities to create something new, literally co-creating something different than each of us came to the connection with.

In this episode, I discuss how we can create the future we desire by stepping into the proximity of what we desire NOW instead of waiting for something magical to happen to us.
