Be willing to give a voice to the things unspoken. Many times when you do, you will be celebrated more than vilified.

- If you want to go viral, use your voice as the voice to share about what may be unpopular.

- When you want your post or video to take on a viral nature, make the recipient the hero.

- You are confirming with them what they did not have the courage to say.

- Refrain from any call to action. A call to action for a product or service or a free call will cheapen the message you just shared and diminish the power.

Sometimes we shouldn't drop the old habits. Sometimes the show MUST go on. There are things worth preserving and even amplifying from our past. Many times we think that things aren't giving us the results and we are doing the wrong things when in reality we are doing the right things, we just have not exercised the patients to continue long enough.

Preeminence is a worthy pursuit.

In the near future if you're not preeminent, you'll be just a number, a face in the crowd, average, outdated and undervalued.

We MUST solidify our identity, choose our purpose, live out our mission every day and create a vision that surpasses us and our abilities.

Preeminence is remembered, unique, respected and highly valued.

Don't get lost in the noise of the market.

Steven Kozar is obsessed with detail. Even as a child, Steve was fussy about things needing to be a particular way. Fortunately he directed his personality into art; quickly landing on Hyper-Realism watercolor painting as his method and medium. After 30 years of perfecting his craft, Steve is counted as an eleite-level realism painters in the world.

He began his professional career as an artist, just after dropping out of art school in 1986.

Painting primarily in watercolour, with the occasional use of oil and acrylic, Steve's works are based on his travels through his native Wisconsin, the midwestern state in the USA.

Like many artists in his field, Steve uses photographs from his travels as references back in his studio. The resulting paintings are subtle and cohesive; Steve layers colours on top of one another, allowing him to capture the light beautifully and create a unique atmosphere, so typical in his works.

One simple phrase changed my life.

Every day many of us get up, brush our teeth, take a shower, eat something quick and drive to work. At work we do many of the same things over, and over, and over again.

4 years ago I was a workaholic. I prided myself in the hustle; being able to do everything myself. Then, one day I was on a call with my mentor and he said just in passing to our group, “Many of my businesses run on systems... and those systems take little to none of my time.”
