Stick to your one thing. Your magic is where your value is at, not in how good of a website creator you are, or how good you've become at shooting photos of yourself; leave that to the expert technicians.

Start selling your very best first for high dollar value and bring in much more money than your low value products and services. Hire people to do everything you are NOT good at and become the content King or the content Queen and Direct and Produce your projects rather than be the jack of all trades learning everything yourself.

By the time you learn everything, your competition has beat you, technology has moved on and the equipment that you bought is already out of date.

Become the best at your one thing and suck at everything else; it's okay.

Stop what you suck at and watch your time and money free up. You'll have the energy, time and focus to really grow your business.

After 20 years of marriage and two children, I am divorced.

Yes, there was pain, but there is also healing.

So much time of being afraid of what people would say. So much time we play dark scenarios over and over in our head feeling like our life after divorce for us and everyone involved will be hell.

You can also design a different scenario. With the help of my former wife, we consciously chose what kind of future, what kind of relationship we wanted after divorce. We realized that, “we don’t have to do divorce like anyone else.”

This episode, I get raw and real and I ask you about the state of your relationship with your significant other.

How many times have you beat yourself up because you didn't accomplish all you wanted to? Well, you would be surprised to know that you are just as productive as anyone else. You have the same amount of time as everyone else, you just choose to invest that time into different things; that's all.

If you were to list all of the things that you want to accomplish tomorrow and begin to work on them the next morning, you may not be surprised to know that they take longer than you initially thought. That's okay.

Next time you create your list, include all of the things that you DO invest in. If you take a nap for 30 minutes, write it down and check it off! Mental and physical health investment accomplished. Your kids need to be picked up from school because they're sick, you just invested in your kids and connecting and caring for them. Boom! Next. You get a call from a team member requesting that you give them feedback on a graphic. You don't like it as it is, so you adjust it and send it on. Write it down and check it off! Boom, another project moving forward.

You're doing a lot. You're even productive in watching TV by investing in your leisure time. Is that something you want to invest in? Well, you're doing it, so the answer is, yes. Write it down and check it off.

After a few weeks of this you will begin to realize the amount of things you are doing and you can then begin to determine if you want to continue as you are or if you would like to invest your time differently.

If you want to win GIVE. Make your life about investing in what you want more of. There is no gaming of the system, it's synthetic, fake and is not sustainable. Everyone I've ever met who has been about getting rich first, ends up a loser.

The TRUTH is that you need to create more value than you consume, the difference becomes your wealth. Don't trust those who tell you it is easy. Easy money doesn't last. It will leave you as soon as it came.

Think of others, give 10-100x more than you expect to receive then ASK FOR THE SALE. Make 10 deposits of value into the market/world before you ask and it will be given to you.

This is how it works. It is magic only when you have done the work.
