Edna Keep is the co-founder of 3D Real Estate, Profit in the Prairie Real Estate Investor Group and Multiple Ways to Wealth, a training, education and membership organization for real estate investors. All except the first two properties were bought with the help of other people’s money (joint venture partners).

Holly Williams, principal of MQ Ventures, is the founder of KeepMore.com and General Partner in over $100M in multifamily apartment communities. In addition to multifamily holdings, Holly has been a real estate investor for over 20 years. Kenneth T. Holman founder and president of Overland Group, Inc. provides brokerage, construction, development, financing, property management, and real estate investment consulting to its clients. For more than 30 years, Mr. Holman has had extensive experience in the real estate industry, primarily in the areas of single family and multifamily residential, lodging, industrial, office, and free-standing retail. Mr. Holman also founded the National Association of Real Estate Investment Advisors (NAREIA) in 2012.

He holds three licenses: a real estate broker’s license, a general contractor’s license, and a mortgage loan originator’s license through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Scott Lewis is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Spartan Investment Group, LLC (SIG) and has led several successful real estate developments ranging from single-family flips to raw land development. To date, SIG has completed $6M in development projects, has $9M more underway, and rose over $7M in private equity.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Scott is responsible for developing business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. He leads the Spartan team by overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

In addition to Spartan, Scott is also a Major in the US Army Reserves and is an Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran. He has held various positions including Infantry Platoon Leader, Military Police Company Commander, Officer Candidate School Platoon Trainer, amongst others.

Scott graduated from Michigan State University with degrees in Chemistry and Marketing, from Catholic University with an MS in Management, from Georgetown University with a Certificate in Project Management, and has his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Mr. Fullaway is the President of FourteenPlus, LLC, a firm that specializes in investing in the growing senior living market. Mr. Fullaway brings a unique set of experience as he was previously the CEO of Vigilan, one of the largest suppliers of software selling to thousands of senior living communities. He knows the leaders in the industry and the superior regional operators which allows him to provide superior deal flow and reduce investor risk.

He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He loves fly fishing, skiing and flying.

Michael S. Brady, Esq. is Executive Vice President for Madison 1031 Exchange, a national Qualified Intermediary for tax-deferred Exchanges pursuant to Internal Revenue Code §1031. As a Certified Exchange Specialist and an attorney, his services include consulting with clients and their advisors, as well as giving seminars for attorneys, accountants, and real estate professionals, and publishing articles on tax and legal issues.

Prior to joining Madison 1031, Mr. Brady was Vice President of Eastern Operations for Asset Preservation, Inc., the §1031 Exchange qualified intermediary subsidiary of Stewart Title Insurance Company, where he managed sales and operations staff handling several thousand transactions annually. During his career, he has headed up two other §1031 Exchange companies, and has acted as general counsel for a title insurance company. As an attorney, Mr. Brady has over 20 years’ experience representing clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as a wide variety of business transactions and commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Brady received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University, and earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review and graduated Cum Laude.

John Casmon is a real estate entrepreneur, who controls a portfolio worth over $58 million as a general partner. He started by house-hacking a duplex and now partners with investors to purchase apartment buildings through his firm, Casmon Capital Group. He is the co-creator of the Midwest Real Estate Networking Summit, a no pitch event to connect like-minded investors.

John also hosts the weekly real estate podcast, Target Market Insights, where he speaks with specialists across the country to uncover the best emerging markets, marketing tips and investing insights.
