We were set to discuss teacher mentorships, but the discussion bobbed and weaved through a myriad of topics, such as, creating a culture in school, what teachers should really complain about, and how leadership can help facilitate a more welcoming environment for students. Hint, it involves giving teachers more freedom to manage their students and classroom environment.
