Episode #17 featuring Debra Mcnulty - Debra has a BS in Electrical Engineering, minor in Computer Science from Cal Poly Pomona University. She worked as a Software Engineer up until 2016 when she decided to change her career path to Technical Writing and Project Management. She Currently works as a Documentation Manager for Hine Automation in St. Petersburg, Florida. Hine Automation specializes in the manufacture of the robotics used in the semiconductor industry.
For almost 20 years, She has been active in the community service organization,Kiwanis International, where I have served as the Leadership Education Coordinator for the Florida District and currently volunteer as a Club Leadership Education trainer for the Kiwanis clubs in the Manatee County area.
Debra gave presentation guidelines for making a zoom presentation amidst the pandemic, she has not only created but has coached people as well. “Creating training material and presenting have long been passions of mine. Perhaps I was a teacher in a previous life!”For the past 10+ years, Debra’s management roles in the Kiwanis International organization have given her invaluable experience in public speaking, seminar presentations and team leadership.
Presentations included Leadership Best Practices , Presenting Effective Virtual Meetings, Electronic Newsletter Publication (Constant Contact and MailChimp) and detailed training on Kiwanis' Web-based Reporting applications.
