It's disappointing to many, amazing to a few, and we talk about a lot of it here. No spoilers! Also: Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light.
The fall game deluge is almost complete with Sackboy: A Big Adventure, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, and Hades on the docket. Meanwhile, James' body is ready, and Paul and James laugh at Rhett's "loss".
They're here!! It's our launch game spectacular featuring Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Astro's Playroom, AC: Valhalla, Sackboy, Dirt 5, and literally zero Xbox exclusives... because there aren't any. Also covered: how to get a next gen console by any means necessary.
As the sun sets on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, we look back on the generation that was, and highlight 20 of our favorites. Featuring: Nier Automata, Stardew Valley, Red Dead Redemption 2, and 17 more! Meanwhile, Paul has played the PlayStation 5, and can talk about one level of Astro's Playroom. Also covered: Web Dreams, and how to generate your own personal Kamehameha.
The aliens are on their way, and James knows which two things they're definitely after. Meanwhile, Rhett dunks on NHL 21 and cuts an incredible promo for a sponsor we don't actually have. Also covered: the yacht industry, and video games like Disc Room and Call of Duty: Cold War.
This week go to hell with Hades, acquire targets with Star Wars Squadrons, and become one with the Samurai in Ghost of Tsushima. Also covered: Tawna's redesign, Cyberpunk going gold, and the definitive word on what Crash's shorts are made of.
Xbox swings their mighty coin purse and buys Bethesda in a monstrous, game changing deal. Meanwhile, the PS5 price and showcase happened, and we might be getting a reimagined Metal Gear Solid. Could it involve Kojima? Maybe.
