According to DailyMail, the woman, whose identity is being kept private, had been at a graduation party in Charleston, West Virginia, when Dennis Butler began shooting at the group of about 40 people. On Wednesday, May 25, the incident happened near the Vista View Apartment Complex. They released the girl into the Florida Department of Children and Families' custody. The girl's mother, Lakrisha Isaac, 31, was arrested on charges of manslaughter by culpable negligence, child neglect, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and aggravated assault with a firearm.
