Bethlehem represents the power of God! God in the flesh came to earth in the form of a human baby! NOT man becoming God…that would be impossible, but God becoming man! This is the POWER of God!

It is so very important to show the love of Jesus…to meet needs…to gain an ear where we can speak into people’s lives. But, if we cloth and feed them, without sharing verbally and vocally the message of Jesus Christ that can save their soul we have done them a great injustice. This is why we go. This is why we give This is why we live! Let’s be together for the gospel!

Pastor Jack Graham encourages us to give over this next month just as Paul did. Set aside some money each week. Give over and above your regular giving. Do it cheerfully and willingly. Then watch how your giving blesses you, meets the needs of others and results in praise and glory to our God.

Are you a child of God? You become his child on THIS side of eternity. The invitation from Christ in Revelation is the same invitation offered and extended to all. Are you thirsty for living water? Come to Jesus without payment. Rev. 22:17b – “…And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires to take the water of life without price.” He paid the price for you in giving Himself. And now He offers the free gift of eternal life. Admit. Believe. Confess.

It's been said one who is too heavenly-minded is no earthly good! NOT SO! Those that are most heavenly-minded DO the most good! It changes everything.

Hell is an uncomfortable truth…but it was NOT prepared for you! It was prepared for Satan and his angels (Matt. 25:41). God provided a way of escape. Jesus is our way of escape. Repent of your sin and trust in him. The Bible says, “Today is the day of salvation!” It’s been said, “If you’re born once, you die twice. But, if you’re born twice, you die once.” Will you respond to Jesus today? Will you be “born again” today?

Death will one day knock on our door. We don’t know when. The question is, “Are you prepared?” Jesus died so that you never have to. John 11:25-26 – “Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die." Do you believe this?

How is your soul? If you were to die today, would your soul be with Jesus? The souls of men are what is most important to God. So, may we give ourselves totally and completely to Him. When we do this, the Bible assures us that “He will not be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels”.

Let us realize what we have in Christ…what the angels desire! And let us continue to walk with him and share this redemption with others. We must show this love…and share this love…you never know the impact…AND you never know if you’re being tested!

The quality of our prayer life will be determined by our awareness of the war.
