This week we are joined by Kerstin Kirchsteiger, a Scientist turned Life & Leadership Coach. Kerstin shares her story of transitioning from the workplace to stay-at-home mom, to homeschooling her two children. I absolutely love Kerstin's story and how she navigates every decision on her journey. She really stops to think about what she and her family need. What did she need in her career? What do her kids truly need to thrive? How can they make it all work? Kerstin is amazing and if you love this episode...reach out to her and also listen to her podcast all linked below!

She explains what RTT is, and her own personal journey toward healing her symptoms of PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder). Ashley is so generous in sharing her personal experience and transformation and shares why it is SO important for us to all heal ourselves. Our episode this week is featuring my brother, Nathan Vanderpool. He was also featured back on episode two and was my very first guest on the show. Nathan has shifted what he's doing and is focusing on helping people release emotional blocks they have from their past through trauma mapping. He explains how we all need to learn to sit with discomfort and really feel our feelings. Then, we can really revisit different traumas and release them from our bodies. You then fill that space with a positive mantra and ground yourself in the new feeling.

In this week's episode, I discuss how my family of four has lived off of a very tight budget for years. I feel like people don’t talk about and get honest about money enough. and I also wanted to share this because when picturing a life of more freedom and flexibility… when daydreaming about a life that is ideal for you… so often we have to consider money and the role it plays in structuring your life around what you truly want. In doing that you are most likely going to have to make trade-offs. Tune in to hear the trade-offs that me and my family have made to make our income go the extra mile.

Nick has been through a lot to lead him to this spot, and I appreciate his vulnerability in sharing his story with us. Nick found a way to use other's negativity to fuel his fire instead of killing his dreams. He's a true inspiration, so enjoy this episode and go show him some love!

What do you truly value in life? What are you willing to structure your life around? What are you willing to sacrifice in order to live out your passions?
Laura Rinderknecht truly loves to travel. In today's episode, she discusses how she prioritizes travel in her life. She has chosen to live somewhere with a lower cost of living, she has a portion of her check deposited into a travel fund, and she hustles when she needs to do fund her adventures. And it's all been worth it, Laura has visited 100 countries!
Stick around until the end of this episode where Laura and I discuss some U.S history and white privilege that has allowed her to fund her travel easier. You don't want to miss this inspiring episode because I'm pretty sure we can do better.
