Tomorrow is Social Media Day, and to celebrate, this week there'll be two episodes by 2 amazing ladies talking all about their online businesses! In today's episode, I talked to Vanisha Patel on how to overcome the fear of putting yourself out there on Social Media, giving motivational speeches (and not freaking out), and how to balance your online business with your personal life on Instagram. She's a kind soul, an amazing businesswoman, a great inspiration, and if you keep anything from this episode, I hope as she did with me, she'll inspire you to get into doing Lives (it's really not that scary, I promise!)

If you've ever wondered what it's like living in Paris, and dream of the day you can eat baguettes and drink wine all day everyday, then this episode is for you. Since I get asked this a lot, I decided it'd be fun to talk about what life is really like in Paris as an expat: the good, and the bad. This particular episode, is my love letter to the city that's been my home for 5 years now, and has taught me so much about life and myself.
If you want the downsides, then come back next time for another episode cause not everything is all rainbows and sunshine (even if it seems that way sometimes).

Have you ever wanted to organize an event? Do you know what makes a fashion or art event successful? I've always wondered what goes into it, and in this episode I talked to Izabela Switon, owner of Defile Events in Switzerland about what working in the fashion industry is like, how to go from being a model to a model agency & event organization owner, what it takes to run art exhibits, and life as a mompreneur with a toddler in tow. Sometimes as women, we're told we have to stick to one thing, and I'm glad to see that there are women out there who are doing it all!

I've been an entrepreneur for a little over 5 months now and in this episode, I talk about the 5 things I wish I knew before starting my own business along with a couple of lessons I've learned so far so (hopefully) you can save yourself some headaches. These learning are not only for entrepreneurs or business owners though, they actually apply to every single thing you want to accomplish in life because success really isn't one thing, it's what you make of it and what makes you happy. It might look like having a million bucks to you, and to me it might be finding love, and to someone else it might be creating a passion project they're proud of.

I talked with Ashley & Josh Sundquist on what it's like being a power couple, how to find your own career path, still do what you love while supporting your other half, and how to have a happy & healthy relationship along the way.
Ashley is a travel blogger, part-time yoga teacher, activist, and mom to the most adorable Pekinese dog, Mushu, and still works with her husband Josh for his performances. Josh, as well, wears many hats: he's a writer, comedian (you've probably seen his viral Halloween costumes), a motivational speaker, and former Paralympian, and together it seems like they're doing it all! This episode is packed with everything: love, laughs, hardships, success, and the secrets to a happy relationship? Listen, and find out!

Love is supposed to make you happy, be amazing and beautiful, and all that, but what happens when it's not? First of all, I'd say THAT was not love if it's anything other than the above. I've had both funny and crazy love stories (they're coming later), but also sad ones, and in this episode, you'll hear all about my first encounter with toxic relationships. I've only told this story a couple of times before, but I've been inspired by all the amazing guests in previous episodes, so I thought it was high time I did the same. If you're in a bad relationship, know that it always gets better after, and you probably deserve better!

PSA: Trigger Warning. For Mental Health Awareness Week, I thought it would be super important to shed some light on depression & so I talked very candidly with Jess Dav about her struggles with mental health throughout the years, her time at a psych ward, the reflection and growth since hitting rock bottom just last year, and how she's taken her "negative" experiences and turned it into her biggest lesson on self-love & identity. But we also cover her relationship with instagram, romance, and so much more in the rawest episode to date. If you're struggling with mental health, please seek out help, and know that you are not alone in, and there are people out there that love & support you!

Ever wondered if the rom-com movies filmed in NY are accurate? In this episode, I talk to born-and-raised new yorker Jonah Feingold, on what it's like to be a filmmaker, shoot a movie entirely on an iPhone (google maybe: josh and thank me later), and date in the 21st century. Doesn't matter if you're a hopeful (or hopeless) romantic, or stopped believing in it altogether, you'll get some refreshing views on love, and learn a thing or two about movies, and virtual dating while you're at it.
