Preview Episode 61 "Finding Home in FRYBREAD FACE AND ME, a Conversation with Filmmaker Billy Luther." FRYBREAD FACE AND ME is a coming of age story set in 1990 before highspeed broadband, streaming, or Netflix (where you can watch the film today). Eleven-year-old Benny of San Diego spends a summer on his Diné-speaking grandmother’s ranch on the Navajo reservation. He meets and bonds with a precocious cousin named Dawn aka “Frybread Face.”  

In the preview Billy Luther talks about working with his two young protagonists, Benny and Dawn/Frybread Face or Kier Tallman and Charley Hogan.
