His book, Salon Products, Sell or Die (Not Trying) has helped so many salon owners get a handle on getting retail off their shelves and into their clients bags.  

Carl talks about how it's about providing your clients with the information and products they need to make that purchase and how correct pricing is the only way to survive in business.
