Dr. Jennifer Dougherty is a leader in learning and development, an instructional designer, and a certified coach. She specializes in creating integrated learning and coaching systems that empower leaders and transform organizational culture. Jennifer's approach combines organizational development, adult learning theory, and evidence-based coaching to help organizations translate their strategies into accessible, psychologically safe learning experiences that foster meaningful and lasting change.

She has collaborated with healthcare systems, universities and colleges, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada to design and implement leadership development and coaching programs that promote healthier workplace cultures and nurture more confident, capable leaders. Jennifer has facilitated coaching and leadership initiatives across various industries and served as the first in-house coach at a medical school, where she helped integrate coaching, allyship, and inclusive leadership practices into the institutional culture.
