Pride is a sneaky sin. It sneaks into our lives and faith in a way that other sins don't and it sets us up against everyone else. We, as Christians, need to learn to let go of pride and realize that we are a small part of a much bigger narrative. If we focus on ourselves, we open up the doorway to all the places in life we don't want to end up. Instead, we need to learn how to approach life like the tax collector in Luke 18, and take the path of humility.
