Priest Ranch Grenache Blanc 2013, Napa Valley $22 Winemaker’s Notes: This wine has bright aromas of melons and honeysuckle. The palate is crisp with good acidity, a touch of tannins, and bright stone fruits. This unique wine from the eastern hills of the Napa Valley showcases the diversity of0 our property. Priest Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon 2012, Napa Valley $48 Winemaker’s Notes:This is the fifth release of Priest Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon from our Somerston Estate. It shows aromas of dark chocolate, Blackberry, spice, and dark cherry. On the palate, the wine is smooth yet full bodied and refined, with ripe dark berries, juicy chocolate, and a touch of spice. Priest Ranch Coach Gun Red Blend, Napa Valley $75 Winemaker’s Notes:  ​The wine has bright red fruit aromatics of lush dark berries and a hint of spice. It is full bodied, bold in character and focused. The tannins are developing with good acidity. Over the next few years, the wine will evolve and is expected to reach maturity in 2022. 93 points Wine Advocate Issue #204.

Craig Becker is a founding member of Somerston. He is a seasoned winemaker and has worked with a wide range of varieties planted at some of California’s top hillside vineyards. Driven by his strong interest in plant and soil science Craig attended the University of California at Davis studying plant physiology, hydrologic science, enology, and viticulture. It is Craig’s artisan approach to winemaking and his extensive knowledge in viticulture that enables him to create superb wines from a wide range of varieties and sites. As General Manager of Somerston, Craig oversees all aspects of the business from viticulture, winemaking, sales and marketing, finance and business development.
