With gyms closing their doors, we find ourselves in our living rooms, trying to find motivation to do endless air squats and burpees, while simultaneously having our pets/kids climb all over us.
It isn't ideal, but it's the situation we find ourselves in for the foreseeable future. So what are you going to do to make sure you stay on course with your health and fitness goals?
Don't use this as a time to make excuses.
"I don't have a barbell or weights so I'm just going to get weak"
"I don't own a rower or bike so my cardio is going to suffer"
Use this as a time to recalibrate your goals and mindset for the next few weeks and months.
