In subsequent years, Andrew’s separation from the palace became even more formalized. Reports confirmed that King Charles ordered him to vacate his suite of rooms in Buckingham Palace, effectively ending his ability to use it as a residence or office. This move coincided with Andrew being stripped of his military titles and royal patronages in early 2022, underscoring his diminished status within the royal family and leaving him largely isolated from public royal duties.
