Shannon McNab is an American surface designer and online educator living in Dublin, Ireland who’s a self-proclaimed numbers nerd. Using her passion for research, organization, and graphic design background, Shannon’s been able to work with dozens of brands like Papyrus, Cloud9 Fabrics, and Pyrex designing everything from fabric to frisbees. Now Shannon teaches the methods she’s developed to 1,000s of aspiring surface designers at Sketch Design Repeat, a site she founded to provide transparency about sticky topics like pitching and pricing and to empower artists to learn the business side of art so they can take control of their careers.
