Hello and happy Thursday! 300 PYP Episodes - can you believe it? Tom cannot! But he is way stoked and he is even (Shhh... don't tell anyone!) a little proud of himself and his accomplishment. There is no big guest, no super awesome news, just an update of the PYP Journal that is, Tom and his best friend Zen's walk and path. Tom wanted the listeners to know that the only reason he reached 300 episodes was because of YOU! Thank you, thank you and thank you for being you, supporting, listening and allowing Tom to do what he does. As always thanks for listening and enjoy!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Tom's Pro You Podcast he shares the importance of being "Purple" focusing on the positive. Tom has spoken of purple and yellow before but Tom shares the importance of doing it and why it is especially important for him to be doing it now. The 300th episode has been on Toms' mind and all he can think about is how thankful he is for his podcast, doing it as long as he has, reaching 300 and for all his listeners: Thank you, thank you and thank you! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares an amazing poem (and his first ever poem) that a friend and long time PYP listener wrote to Tom. Chris purchased a piece of Tom's Found Art and when Tom opened what he thought would be the payment and a 'thank you note' it turned out to be one of the most amazing things that Tom has ever read about PYP and what he has shared weekly for the past four years. A huge thank you to Chris Davis, Michigan's Pro You guy, the author of the poem. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom continues to share his walk, his journey and the fruits of his Pro You labor. It was a simple moment, a small package, but what a moment it became and what a gift it became! Pretty special when you know you don't need anything but someone knows exactly what you do need. That is quite awesome and amazing and once again why Tom continues to do what he does, insuring he shall continue to receive that which he is receiving. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom had experienced truly sitting deep in his canoe on a Sunday morning April seventh two-thousand nineteen. He didn't have many notes, which is part of his recording PYP process and spoke for fifty seven minutes. Tom was in a kool zone. As he and his best friend Zen drove to the beach, the title of his book came to mind and he again thought of his original title, "Stones and Stories" and he felt at peace that would be the name. What Tom didn't know is that he would say that out loud, to mostly strangers, at the beach a few hours later. It was an amazing moment for Tom with some truly amazing people that all became his friends after! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Continuing to bear the fruits of his Pro You Labor, Tom shares how he is responding vs reacting by default, automatically, organically, and he knows he 'did not' for the first 48 years of his life. Feeling better about himself, through the choices he choose to make, Tom is feeling better about his experiences which then makes him even more excited to share it with the ones he cares about the most - YOU - the PYP listener! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is in a pretty good groove so to speak; sitting quite calmly in 'his canoe' and the best thing is that he is highly aware of that! One thing Tom shares is a couple of personal parenting moments he fell in love with this past week. Also, there is factual data that prove to Tom that Pro You thinking is becoming more and more an automatic response vs some habitual thing that was formed years ago. Being aware, being in the moment, being present are all things discussed by Tom on today's episode of Pro You. He shares his thoughts on adding new healthy habits and breaking the bad habits. Tom did some googling and found the perfect article that basically says what Tom says just more articulate - shocker! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!
