  • KRM22 CEO on risk management, compliance & growth plans
KRM22 CEO Dan Carter talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company’s mission to provide integrated risk management solutions for capital markets. Founded in 2018, KRM22 has developed a suite of tools that help firms manage trading and corporate risk more efficiently.
Carter explained that capital markets have traditionally relied on siloed risk tools. KRM22 has worked to integrate these tools into a holistic platform. The company’s solutions cover intraday risk management, pre-trade limit controls, market surveillance, and enterprise risk tracking. “We've created a digitised risk register that helps bring those data points together and validate assessments,” he said.
The discussion also covered the impact of regulatory changes post-Covid. Carter highlighted that regulators are now scrutinising risk management practices more closely. He emphasised that KRM22’s tools help firms demonstrate compliance, reducing the risk of regulatory penalties.
On growth, Carter noted that KRM22’s annual recurring revenue (ARR) is now around £7 million, with a recent customer contract further strengthening the company’s financial position. • Arizona Gold & Silver: 8 for 8 success at Philadelphia Project
Arizona Gold & Silver Inc. CEO Mike Stark takes Proactive's Stephen Gunnion through the latest drilling results at the Philadelphia Project in Arizona. Stark highlighted that the company has achieved an 8 for 8 success rate in its infill drilling program, demonstrating strong mineralization both along strike and down dip.
Discussing the Rising Fawn target, he noted the consistency of grades between 1.0 to 1.5 grams per tonne, with a 50-meter-wide vein extending beyond 200 meters in depth. This consistency supports the company’s goal of developing a bulk-tonnage, low-grade, heap-leachable resource.

  • 4GLOBAL CEO on successful North America pivot and growth plans
4GLOBAL PLC CEO Eloy Mazon talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company’s strategic growth, focusing on its expansion into the North American market, following the release of a trading update for the year to end-March 2025.
Mazon emphasised that 4GLOBAL is not focused on short-term gains but on building a high-quality, scalable business. He explained that breaking into North America—a challenging but lucrative market—has been a key transition, and the company has made strong progress. Revenue in the region grew by 145%, reaching £1.6 million by February.

In the UK and Europe, revenue remains steady at £3.1 million, with strong potential for future growth. Mazon stressed that 4GLOBAL has now laid the groundwork for scalable expansion and is positioned for sustainable long-term success.

  • Alvopetro Energy CEO on growth, gas sales & Canadian expansion
Alvopetro Energy CEO Corey Ruttan talked with Proactive's Stephen GUnnion about the company’s fourth-quarter and full-year 2024 results, highlighting a 37% production increase in early 2025. He attributed this to the successful redetermination of the Caburé asset and the development of the Murucututu asset in Brazil, which led to an upgraded gas sales agreement with Bahiagás.
Ruttan detailed the financial highlights, emphasizing Alvopetro’s industry-leading operating netback margins of 86–90% and strong cash flow, which supports its capital allocation model of returning half of cash flow to stakeholders while reinvesting the rest into organic growth. The company also announced a dividend increase to $0.10 per share.
Additionally, Ruttan discussed Alvopetro’s expansion into Canada through a strategic partnership with a private operator. The company has already drilled two multilateral wells with six horizontal legs each, totaling over 15 kilometers of open hole drilling. These wells were completed under budget, with production results expected in the coming weeks.
Looking ahead, Ruttan said Alvopetro aims to continue expanding its production capacity in both Brazil and Canada. He noted that the company is well-positioned to deploy capital into high-return opportunities in both regions.

  • Imugene’s Azercell shows strong response in blood cancer
Imugene Ltd CEO Leslie Chong talked with Kerry Stevenson at Proactive about the FDA's fast-track designation for its immunotherapy candidate, Azercell. The therapy, an allogeneic off-the-shelf CAR-T treatment, has shown promising results in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), a highly aggressive form of blood cancer.
Chong highlighted that four out of seven patients treated with Azercell achieved complete response, meaning their cancer was no longer detectable. The longest response duration has now exceeded 11 months. “The FDA has recognised the importance of a product like this and has given us fast-track designation,” Chong stated.
The FDA's fast-track status allows Imugene to expedite regulatory discussions and move towards potential commercialization more efficiently. The company sees this as a critical milestone, with Chong emphasising that the priority now is gathering sufficient data to advance towards registration studies.
With an estimated 80,000 new DLBCL cases diagnosed annually in the US, Azercell could address a significant unmet need, especially for patients who have exhausted other treatment options.

  • Rainbow Rare Earths CEO George Bennett: Rainbow’s plan for an independent rare earth supply
Rainbow Rare Earths CEO George Bennett joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss the company’s latest milestones, including a $50 million investment from the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). This funding reinforces Rainbow’s strategic position as a leading rare earth producer, extracting critical minerals from phosphor gypsum waste in South Africa.
