Mental Health in the business space needs to be discussed more. We had the please of talking with Katherine Blackwell MA, LMFT, Owner of Blackwell Mental Performance. We met from a client referral at first, but then it bloomed into Katherine helping out the UNCW CrossFit Team. Katherine originally focused on athletes and military, but her focused quickly changed to include all high-performing people, like entrepreneurs. In the podcast Katherine discusses some typical things she sees as a therapist within the business space. We hope this talk about mental health sparks more questions, answers, and discussions to be had in the future. Mental health is a very important topic to chat about, and we are honored to be able to talk to Katherine about it.

I'm excited to host BBQ Pitmaster, Realtor, Coach, and Father, Ed Coulbourn III. Through his multiple entrepreneurial endeavors and life experiences he has successfully started, ran, and even sold some companies. Currently focusing on real estate and coaching, he is using knowledge learned in the past to help him now. We also wanted to lay out what this podcast will look like in the future.
This is very much a test run of our mic, webcam, and steaming capabilities. We think it went very well and we cannot wait to do more.
