God created each of us with a unique purpose in His Kingdom. He placed us exactly where He wants us to serve Him best — through love and obedience. Yet, when we fail to follow His plan, we risk disappointing Him. King Saul was chosen by God and given a new heart, but his disobedience cost him his divine mission. In this episode, we explore what it means to stay true to God’s plan, fulfill your calling, and live in a way that pleases Him. Our ultimate goal: to one day hear the words, “Well done, my good and faithful servant!”
We’ve all experienced both answered and unanswered prayers. It can leave us wondering: Am I doing something wrong? What makes the difference? Is it about praying in the name of Jesus, praying according to God’s will, or something more? In this episode, we explore what the Bible truly teaches about effective prayer—how to align your heart with God, deepen your faith, and pray with purpose and power. Discover how prayer can become more than words—it can be a powerful connection to the living God.
True wisdom is more than knowledge—it requires obedience. King Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, discovered that wisdom without obedience leads to foolishness. As followers of Christ, we are called not only to study God’s Word but also to live it out daily. We cannot rely on our own understanding; instead, God’s Word must be our guide, a lamp unto our feet, and a light on our path. In this episode, discover how obedience transforms wisdom into true spiritual power.
God exists, and His miracles reveal His glory, majesty, and love. The miracles recorded in the Bible were meant to strengthen faith—and God has not stopped performing them today. Many of us have witnessed His miraculous work in our own lives, while others may have experienced His wonders but dismissed them as mere coincidences. This episode reminds us that God’s miracles are real, ongoing, and a powerful proof of His love for you.
We often struggle to make sense of God’s decisions through our limited lens of fairness. When life feels unjust, it’s tempting to question whether God is truly fair. But Scripture, especially Romans 9:14, reminds us that God's justice flows not from human standards, but from His perfect mercy, wisdom, and purpose. Unlike human fairness—often rooted in merit or emotion—God’s ways are sovereign and righteous. In this episode, we explore what it means to trust in God's justice, even when it challenges our expectations. Let’s lean into the mystery and learn to rest in the truth that His ways are higher than ours—and always good.
Grief rarely comes with warning, and when it does, the heartache is no less overwhelming. Whether someone is mourning a sudden loss or the passing of a loved one after a long illness, the sorrow can be profound—and as friends or family, we often feel unprepared to offer the right words or comfort. In moments like these, we must turn to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, who dwells within us and offers wisdom beyond our own. As we sit with the grieving, may our presence—covered in prayer—be a vessel through which God brings peace and strength. Join us as we reflect on how to walk with others through their seasons of sorrow
Jesus said that the greatest commandment is that we love God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength; and that the second greatest commandment is that we love our neighbors as we love ourselves. The problem is that some of us do not love ourselves enough. We let other people use and abuse us. On the other hand, some of us love ourselves too much. We use and abuse other people. What is the correct balance of love that we should have for ourselves in order to love our neighbors, our brothers and sisters in a manner that God wants us to love them. Come along with us as we study the Bible to answer this question.
The greatest commandment is to love God with our heart, soul, mind, and strength. The second greatest commandment is that we love our neighbors, our brothers and sisters as we love ourselves. We find it easy to love God. He gives us every reason to do so, but our neighbors, our brothers and sisters, are a different story. Too often they give us every reason not to love them. But Jesus does not give us a choice. We are commanded to love them as we love ourselves. Let us admit that we need help. Come with us as we dig deeply into the scripture to remind ourselves of the reasons we should obey the second greatest commandment to love our neighbors, our brothers and sisters as ourselves.
Do you love God with all of your heart, soul, mind, and strength? If God were to rate your love on a scale from 1 to 5, what score would He give? Jesus said that the greatest commandment is that we love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. That does not mean that we love Him sometimes. We are to love Him at all times - when times are great and when we are going through our trials and tribulations. He is always with us and nothing can separate us from His great love. Are we returning that love or are we coming up short?
In this episode, we encourage all believers to hold firmly to their anchor in Christ Jesus. Our primary scripture text is Romans 8:38-39. We learn from that scripture that absolutely nothing can separate us from the love of Jesus. The Apostle Paul appears to be the king of trials. Despite all the trials that he went through, he knew that he always stood safely on the rock of Jesus Christ. No matter whether you are currently in the middle of a trial, coming out of a trial, or going into a trial, you can and will succeed with Jesus.
