Alessandro Viviano fascinates me. I never met someone who is confident and comfortable in their own skin. He brings an electrifying vibe when you speak to him. Our conversations for the podcast was so enjoyable because of the great energy he brought and I have nothing but appreciation for it. This man talks to me about the wholesome reason why he grew his hair out long, his experience being an Actor and what was the moment when he decided to pursue acting. We also get into the pilot script he wrote and trying to get it sold, and we discussed what it is like to work at a New York City Deli. This is one episode that I am really proud of. My chat with the talented filmmaker, musician, writer, and dancer Owen H. Dunne was really authentic. It is fun, it is woke, it is entertaining, and it is very perceptive. We talk about a lot of cool and fun things like Owen’s music, the films he has created, and the fun fact that Frank Ocean was at one point his babysitter. We also discuss very important matters that should hopefully make people more aware of important issues regarding valuing diversity and holding people accountable in our world today, especially in the film industry. There is something here for everyone in this amazing chat with this amazing individual that is Owen H. Dunne. This is one podcast that reminds me how important it is to showcase certain guests who want to make a difference and strive for what they are passionate for. I know Owen will be going places and this is a great chat about what will drive him to success. This is one great podcast! (8:18)
- We begin with Owen talking about his content creation and creating art through film and other mediums. (9:18)
- We then get candid and discuss holding people accountable in the film industry. (16:21)
- It is time to then talk about Valuing Diversity in show business and the importance of allowing people from all different backgrounds to tell their stories through filmmaking and content creation. (30:42)
- Not only is he a content creator and filmmaker, but Owen is a really talented musician as well. His stage name is OHD and he talks about his music, performing, and the music industry. (47:43)
- New Orleans, Chicago, New York, these are a few of the many places Owen has performed and worked in. He talks to me about all the places he has been to for work and pleasure. (1:02:20)
- We then get into black queer cinema. We talk about black queer filmmakers to look out for and what black queer films/stories that should be viewed. (1:08:09)
- One of the coolest facts about Owen is that Frank Ocean, the Grammy Award winning singer, was at one time his babysitter. So he talks about how Frank Ocean was as his babysitter and what special lessons he learned from him before he hit it big. (1:16:58)
- Owen then answers The Proust Questionnare (1:22:04)

Cliff Mula knows how to make people laugh and he knows how to tell a great story or two. Storytelling plus making people laugh equals a great podcast from this rising stand up comedian. We talk about his humbling roots and what made him to decide to go on stage, we talk about his first gigs and finding his voice in comedy. We also hear really cool stories about performing in New York, Los Angeles (HE PERFORMED AT THE IMPROV), and the entire Connecticut comedy scene. We also get some insight about what it is like for a comedian to pursue their dreams. Whether it is being jaded from working on material, doing everything you can to find open mic spots, and the emotional toll a comic can face trying to be funny. It really is an interesting look at a person’s journey to make it big. I literally laughed throughout the recording and I am sure the audience will enjoy hearing about Mr. Mula. (4:53)
- We begin with Cliff Mula telling us all, why did he pursue stand up comedy? What made him decide to go on stage? (5:45)

After his conversations with Cliff, Matt discusses the NFL’s Conference Championship Sunday that took place yesterday. We saw the Bills and Chiefs battle in the AFC Championship and we saw the Bucs and Packers battle in the NFC Championship. Both games decided who will be matching up for Super Bowl 55, which is a week from Sunday. This is how it broke down…. (1:09:11)
Matt starts with discussing the AFC Championship. The Kansas City Chiefs proved why they are such a major offensive juggernaut and the reigning Super Bowl Champs. Even with the exciting Josh Allen leading the Buffalo Bills to much success coming into this game, they came up short against the Chiefs. KC wins 31-15 and Matt reflects on this stellar game and the Chiefs return to the Super Bowl. (1:11:00)
Matt ends this podcast by discussing the NFC Championship where Tom Brady proved to the world once again why he is the GOAT, leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to Super Bowl for the first time since 2002. It was an epic battle with the Green Bay Packers, being lead by another living legend in Aaron Rodgers. Through questionable calls, amazing plays, and fun football to watch, the Bucs win the NFC Championship 31-26 and Matt breaks down this intriguing game. (1:16:03)

It is one of the best days in sports, one of the best days in the USA, and one of the best days of the year. IT IS CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND! The best in the AFC will go at it and the best in the NFC will go at it and the winners of those two games will be meeting at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa to battle it out in Super Bowl 55 to crown a champion in the NFL. Matt Brown breaks down the two games and he makes his bold prediction of who is going to meet in this year’s Super Bowl…
- In a matchup between the NFL’s future at this year’s AFC Championship, can Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills give joy to Bills Mafia and make their first Super Bowl since 1993? Or will Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs clinch their second straight AFC Championship and get a chance to be repeat champions? Matt breaks it down on this battle of the NFL’s brightest young talents. (3:15)
- In a battle of two living legends, can Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers finally get over the hump and win the NFC Championship for the first time in a decade? Or will the G.O.A.T. Tom Brady bring another franchise to the Super Bowl and have his Tampa Bay Buccaneers be the first time to ever play a Super Bowl in their home stadium? Matt gives his humbling opinion of how this epic match up will unfold. (12:27)

The 2020 New York Giants season was a roller coaster of a ride. It surely had its ups and downs. After just coming up short of winning the NFC East Division and now dealing with our fourth straight season without a playoff birth, it is time to sit down and reflect on how the New York Football Giants season unfolded. We saw star players lose their season to injury, we saw veterans making the most of their new opportunity, and we saw some new kids on the block stepping up in the spotlight and making a name for themselves for the future. A new coach came in to excite the fanbase and motivate his team to improve. There is a lot to talk about when it comes to the 2020 Giants season and I am very excited to bring on fellow Giants fans, Tommy Brown and Alex Young to break down this insane, but promising football team. We discuss players' performances, coaches' performances, the big storylines coming into the off-season, and what our expectations for next year. Check it out, for a fun breakdown of the 2020 New York Football Giants! (3:34)
- We start with our initial thoughts about the 2020 New York Giants season (4:56)
- We get into the Eagles’s HC Doug Peterson’s questionable decision taking out his QB in middle of the final game of the season, allegedly tanking and the Giants's season was a casualty from this move. How do we think about this? (7:50)
- It is time to talk about the Giants Best Player/MVP, Most Improved Players, and the Most Disappointing player on the Giants roster this season. (11:33)
- Lets discuss the Head Coach of the New York Giants, Joe Judge, and lets talk about his first season and how his coaching staff performed. (25:06)
- Daniel Jones is the Giants QB and he’s had both his praises and criticisms. Matt, Alex, and Tommy talk about the Giants QB this season and what he has to do next season in particular. (30:34)
- David Gettlemen, the New York Giants General Manager has brought out a lot of emotions toward Giants Nation. We talk about the job Gentlemen has done. We discuss the players he drafted and the players he signed this offseason coming into the 2020 season. We also discuss how he has done as a GM so far. (36:18)
- With a promising future ahead, what must the Giants do this offseason to make it back to the playoffs? We talk about potential signings, the 2021 NFL draft, and what we hope for this upcoming season. (41:35)
- The 3 bright young man praise some other Giants players that have not been mentioned at this point in the podcast and they all have some final thoughts and expectations on the Giants moving forward. (55:23)
- With the 2020 NFL Playoffs starting, We end the podcast with Matt, Alex, and Tommy's Super Bowl LV predictions. (1:01:29)
