On this show I finally get a chance to invite my long-time friend, pragmatic karate pioneer and progressive traditionalists, Iain Abernethy, onto the show. Iain's impact on modern martial arts cannot be overstated. There is a good chance shows you listen to on martial arts were inspired and encouraged by this man. Iain had previously interviewed me on his own podcast and it was about time that he came over here. Our discussion centres on progress and evolution in martial arts. We go over a lot of misunderstandings and some great tangents that I found very enjoyable.
