I have paid over $150 a month for nine years to Nationwide Pet Insurance for their Whole Health with Wellness plan for Ember.

Now, they have decided to not offer it in Nevada and CA, and other states, and are cancelling 300k policies. Not for nonpayment or too many claims, but just because they can. It’s almost impossible to insure a senior pet, and they know it. So why not leave people with the policies grandfathered in and just not offer them going forward?

Greed. Pure and simple. And they are blaming vets for “rising costs…” Like THEY are not partially to blame for these rising costs.

THIS is what’s wrong with USA. Corporations, not people, not government, Corporations run it all and do what they want. And if your pet dies because of it, so what.
