It's the new year. Let's dive into where we're at with the podcast and the business, but more importantly where we're going.

It's the end of the year! Here is my final podcast episode of 2022. I'm talking about some key takeaways from another year of building my pool service business. The first 3 years were all about growing at all cost. Next year it'll be time to really focus on the fundamentals and building a solid foundation, that will act as the bedrock of the empire I'm going to build.

Today I'm talking about 2 decisions I made this year, that cost me $50,000. Over time I've determined the root cause of these poor decisions, and now my goals have changed to simply improve. This is the real journey of building a pool service business, and sometimes it's painful.
