Doug Young is a 35-year Aerospace veteran. Vice President and Program Manager of numerous aircraft, spacecraft, and launch vehicle programs for NASA and other USG agencies. 

"We have to give people an opportunity to get exposed and challenged in order for them to continue to move on. And to have that it's all about that pipeline. You're not going to have a C suite with diversity if you don't invest overtime in bringing up talent."

He is an Adjunct Professor teaching Professional Selling Course at Thomas More University and received a BS from the University Of Cincinnati, an MBA from Thomas More University, and a PLD from Harvard Business School. He currently resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife Linda and his three kids Michael, Sebastian, and Layla. 

How do you speak get noticed by your boss's boss? 

"You know, it's easier said than done, I don't want to minimize the fact that cultures play a big role in this. The idea of speaking to your boss's boss may go over very well in one company and may be seriously frowned upon and have real repercussions in another organization." - Yvan
