this week we're finally back to having guests in the building with us. it's just a circle of feel good, coming off of a week of depressive episodes and adjustments we just enjoyed one another's company while touching on matters of abuse, problematic kinks and beating up a woman's man/brother in her place

Although we are not a sports podcast we mourn the anniversary of not only the death of my childhood hero but also his beautiful daughter, RIPower Kobe & Gianna Bryant

this week our mental health vocabulary word is ACCOUNTABILITY we also talk about the problems with lack of communication in sex and overall the mistakes of learning intimacy from porn and media. read a book. pay attention to your partners and before we head out touch on lil miss Dominican mami and how far she missed the mark with that "yellabone" nonsense. y'all tap in!
