March 05, 2019 Finding Validity in My Trauma
I always thought I didn't deserve to have the "blocks" I do in my life, because I didn't have the things that so many other went through. I was never abused. I had a family that loved me. However I did see some shit. But I never let my self validate that that actually did leave lasting scars, and that they are valid challenges to work through and yes they were traumatic.
I hope no matter what your past hurts are that you face them and accept them as being valid. When we can say yes that is a valid reason to be how I am, only then can we go in and heal it. If we keep saying it's not a valid reason, then there is no way we can get out of our own way.

February 12, 2019 Stop the A**hole follow back BS.
WARNING!!! SOME FOUL LANGUAGE (That's code for swearing)!
This follow back thing in Instagram, where you follow someone just to get their follow and then un-follow them once they are part of your audience, is just a big jerk move. Plus it's tacky AF!
Social media can be a great place to expand your audience and grow your business, it really is. There is not a time on this planet that it has ever been this easy to get your message in front of most of the world. It's kind of miraculous if you really think about it. So it is best to treat it with respect and love.
To day I am talking about one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to tactics on increasing your following (mostly on Instagram and Twitter anyways). If you have been doing it, I invite you to have a listen and really ask yourself, is this building the successful business that I am wanting? Or am I just feeding a need for attention?
