In the 1950's, the United States ran testing with atomic bombs. Of course, these bombs affected people and the environment, but to what extent was unknown. A project was launched to figure this out, but finding test subjects was difficult. Despite knowing the legal ramifications, body snatching was employed to ensure the testing could be completed.
