Supporting young people's mental health has never been more important, particularly during the summer months when many teenagers can find themselves without routine or structured activities.  

Following the success of her online parent support group for families of neurodiverse children and young people, Michelle Nelligan has launched a new initiative aimed at helping teenagers build practical skills to manage stress, regulate their emotions and improve their overall wellbeing. 

She's joined by Reiki therapist Vicki Baker to deliver a series of four-hour workshops, with plans to expand the programme into schools and holiday camps in the future.
