Tuesday, July 2nd, Notorious Bakersfield will be covering what most people would agree is Bakersfield's most Notorious crimes...the Harper family murder. In the summer of 2003, five members of a single family were found slain in their central Bakersfield home. The victims ranged from an elderly grandmother to a six-week-old infant. The suspect, Vincent Brothers, who was eventually arrested and convicted, was a respected school vice principal, and he was a family member to the victims.
