I've dedicated this episode to my interview with Scarlett Lewis who's son Jesse was murdered in the Sandy Hook school shooting.  

Scarlett used some of her son's last words as an inspiration to start a learning program designed to help childern, adults, communities and even companies to Choose Love.

It's backed by scientific data and doesn't require us to rely on the empty promises of politicians.  It's non-political, non gun (either pro or con), just all about the power of love to conqueror hate in our world.

We all wring our hands and shake our heads whenever we hear about yet another mass shooting.  Feeling there is nothing we can do or that will be done to stop this madness.  

Scarlett has given us the road map we can use to take charge of our own destiny and that of our children and grand children.
