🧠 With two decades on the front lines of crisis and trauma, Dr. Williams has worked with homicide, sexual assault, gangs, domestic violence, active-shooter incidents, and the devastating aftermath faced by first responders and their families.

🚔 In 2003, she helped create the Crisis Response Team following an active-shooter incident in Irvine, California.

🎓 After completing her doctorate and more than 3,000 pre- and post-doctoral clinical hours serving public safety personnel and their families, she founded Premier First Responder Psychological Services in 2019.

After retiring from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Sergeant Harding continued his career in training and tactical education with the Star Consulting Group.
