Stuart Scott has over 20 years award winning design experience and over 8 years of managing property refurbishments. His personal portfolio covers HMO’s (house of multiple occupancy), single-lets and commercial spaces.

Before Co-Living Spaces, Stuart built 2 successful businesses. He worked on projects with brands such as Porsche, Microsoft, GAP, Nike, Tom Dixon and Penguin Random House. 

After 20+ years in the design, technology and innovation sector he saw an opportunity to transfer these design methodologies across to the property market. 

Co-Living Spaces was created for 3 key purposes:

1. To re-imagine modern shared living for the professional market.
2. To disrupt the market, drive innovation and raise standards.
3. To provide excellent returns for our investors who are getting low returns from their banks.

He recently won two national property awards for our innovation in the property industry. The highly prestigious UK 'Property Investor of the Year'. Co-living Spaces also won 'HMO deal of the year' for our work to pioneer change in the HMO market.
