Last week, the U.S. International Trade Commission said it would investigate whether US biotech companies were at an unfair disadvantage because of Chinese pricing practices. The move was one of the many recommendations made by the National Security Commission on Emerging Biotechnology, which has spent the past year taking a close look at the rise of China’s biotech industry.
