Hiding in Plain Sight- think about that title for a moment.
While Hiding in Plain Sight is the title of our guest's newest book, the author, Doug White, emotionally shares his journey with trauma and how he had immense pain and PTS but no one at work ever knew. He quite literally was hiding in plain sight for years.
The only person that saw a difference in him, was his one true supporter, his wife, Michelle.
Today you can listen to Doug's incredible story and his mission to help those suffering in silence.

If things feel heavy, hard, and tiring right now...you are not alone.
I'll be honest, I am also struggling with the "weight of the world" myself. I have to give myself constant reminders to keep focused, stay positive (while also still allowing myself to feel the emotions I have), and to keep going.
This episode gives you the encouragement to pump the brakes and put in boundaries if you are feeling this way, too, right now.
