Wednesday Worship is back in 2022- In this year's series which we have titled Summer of Heresy, we will embark on survey of some of history's most famous heresies, . We will discover what they teach, how they appear in today's world, and how the truth of Scripture refutes them. Today's topic is Arianism, a Christological heresy teaching that Jesus was a created being, of similar but lesser substance than God the Father. Our passage today is a stark and terrifying reminder of the judgement of God that is surely coming on this sinful world. Regardless of any interpretational difficulties, let us remember that the wrath of God is terrible and just, and it will be meted out at the proper time. Let us not harden our hearts, but repent of our evil ways and believe the gospel of Christ crucified for our sins.
