Laura Muse, Sheffield based Property Investor has taken Social Media by storm, Raising £4m of Investor Finance in the process. Her Company I Squared Property doubled their portfolio last year to 14 Properties as well as starting a lettings agency, and built a successful deal packaging business.

Laura has recently started her next project funded by Investor Finance a New Build Project x3 detached affordable homes in Sheffield and continues to grow her business through the power of Social Media.

To say she has taken he Property game by the horns would be an understatement and she will be sharing how she has done this and how you can do it too.

Laura specialises in raising private finance for their business, now coming to the end of their second New Build projects of 3 units they managed to build during lockdown and funded by an Angel Investor…. Laura and James have some very exciting projects coming up.
