When you hear the word ‘Psychopath’, what comes to mind? Psychologists have a detailed behavioral inventory you can use to evaluate people for non-criminal psychopathy. It includes things like grandiose dreams, an utter lack of remorse, and shallow emotions. Author Jackson MacKenzie, who has written a book about dealing with psychopaths, points out specific behaviors that can classify someone as a psychopath which will be explored in this video. Some of these phrases in this video may sound normal but are really red flags that you’re dealing with a psychopath.

Want to learn more about psychopaths? We made a video about some of the interesting behaviors that maybe be linked to psychopathy: https://youtu.be/AMMSk3GPJyo

Disclaimer: This video is purely for educational purposes and is not to say that any of the phrases discussed in this video means that you or anybody you might know, is a psychopath. Also, this video is not made to attack anyone who may display these signs or anyone diagnosed with psychopathy, but rather to understand them and bring more awareness to the topic!

Social anxiety disorder, also known as social phobia, is defined as an intense, persistent fear of being watched and judged by others. This fear can affect work, school, and other daily activities. Do you ever feel like all eyes are on you, just waiting for you to slip up or do something embarrassing? Do you always feel like this? It’s important to note that social anxiety is much more than shyness, as well; shyness is considered a normal facet of one’s personality, whereas social anxiety is not. If you suffer from social anxiety and want to learn more about that, here are some of the things social anxiety makes us do.

Disclaimer: It is important to note that this video is purely for educational and interest purposes and is not to be used to self-diagnose social anxiety. If you or somebody you know suspects that they may be suffering from social anxiety, get in touch with your doctor or mental health service to discuss your symptoms further.

Many of us are guilty of being an overthinker, and there is nothing wrong with that. We overthink in the shower, we overthink at night, we overthink when we're hanging out with friends. As an over thinker, we can't help but not know how to stop overthinking about everything to anything. We have negative thoughts, we don't know how to stop thinking about someone or something that we did in the past or minutes ago. If you relate to these signs in the video, let's unite and share some of our overthinking experiences. Share with a friend who you know might be an overthinker!
