As Megan and Naomi gear up for Lifetime’s ‘shocktober’ they are bringing out an oldie but a goodie from season one: “Psycho Yoga Instructor.” The story follows Domenic, a handsome yoga teacher who takes an interest in one of his students, an unhappy housewife named Justine. It seems like Domenic might be the one to finally bring happiness to Justine’s life, but alas he has plans that go far beyond yoga. Justine finds herself fighting for her life as he tries to seduce her into the perfect pose. 

Naomi and Megan welcome Lifetime movie superfan Josh Gajewski to walk us through what he's learned after watching almost 140 Lifetime movies this year alone.
