  • This one thing drives Dalton Crazy |205

On this episode Will and Dalton sit down to discuss a topic that has been driving Dalton crazy. It may be hard to believe but there are a few things out there that can trigger Dalton to get a little heated. It usually revolves around ice cream. But this topic today is the other one. We've been on social media for awhile now so we are bound to be triggered. Keep in mind that we understand how social media works and getting triggered by stuff is not the solution. We like the fact that once emotions have calmed we can actually dive into why we get bothered by stuff and try and come up with a logical solution.

We hope you enjoy this episode and would love your feedback on this thought.

We know Emma Jack is smiling ear to ear at the fact we are talking about vulnerability. As a friend and mentor of ours we have learned a lot from her on this topic. We hope you enjoy!
