Get in loser, we're doing butt stuff! But before that, the girls are enjoying an out of this world brew: UFO White Ale by Harpoon Brewery. Grab this refreshing summer ale and get ready for aliens on Earth.

Kat takes us to the desert to explore the Roswell Incident, and the bumbling investigation that would have you believe that this infamous UFO crash was an innocuous man-made contraption.

Sam grabs the meme world by the balls and takes us deep into the walls of Area 51, the place of intrigue where the brave dare to go on September 20th, 2019.

With the recent full moon, it's time to tear off your human skins and devour the Farmer’s Daughter by People’s Brewing Company whilst howling at the moon.

We’ve got a very special episode this week, another Dreadful Destinations! We travel to Battle Ground, Indiana to meet with Jenna and Khaz, two lovely ladies who work at Wolf Park. Wolf Park is wolf sanctuary, as well as an education and research facility. Our guest stars today will be sharing wolf lore through the ages, as well as plenty of laughs.

Sam and Kat will round up the episode with some gruesome tales of werewolves, as well as some serial killers who believed they were these mythical beasts.

Episode 18: Death Hotels and Devil Horses

Celebrate your freedom this week with a trip to the West where the girls sip the delicious Outside Denali IPA by Upslope Brewing Company. 

The first stop on our western adventure is the City of Angels, where Kat takes you into the Cecil Hotel and the mysterious disappearance of Elisa Lam, which seems to be influenced by anything but heavenly beings.

From here ditch your pack mules and hop on a jet set to land in Denver, Colorado, straight into the infamous airport of intrigue and artistic horror. Step outside with Sam and behold Blucifer, the horse statue that may be less art, and more harbinger of doom!

It's opposite day here at Pub Dread and boy is it a treat. Not only has Sam got a more gruesome story than Kat, but she has also somehow found the world's first stout that Kat is willing to admit she loves. This week Kat's life is changed by Pistachio Jones Stout from Pipeworks Brewing Company, and the girls bring you an equally wonderful treat with their melodious, raspy voices. 

Sam jumps straight into the macabre with the disturbing history of the Danvers State Hospital in Massachusetts, where the mentally insane were criminally mistreated and the history of the town seems to taint the present in the form of a modern murder. 

Kat takes the stage and begs the question: are ghosts real, or just a manifestation of the human sub-conscience? The Philip Experiment set out to prove that humans can create spirits just with force of will. But did the Owen group create a spirit, or conjure something much worse?

Get ready for some existential dread this week as the girls examine the very nature of our being while drinking Perilous Prickly Pear Wheat from Boulder Beer Company. First, Kat investigates some sounds that we cannot explain, ranging from the straight up terrifying to auditory highs. Then, Sam makes you question every truth you've ever known while simultaneously giving you an explanation for every unnatural occurrence you've ever experienced.

First, Sam talks about Golden, Oregon, a ghost town that seems pretty cut and dry until some of our favorite paranormal investigators show up. Then, Kat examines the chilling details of the Dybbuk box, and goes in depth with one particular story found on...of all places...Ebay. Sit back, grab a beer or 3 (get on our level), and enjoy the weird ways these stories intertwine.

If you want a beer that smells as good as it tastes, then give Tangier IPA from Southern Tier Brewing a sniff and sip. And while you're enjoying that aromatic brew, let Kat make your skin crawl with the tale of The Happy Face Killer; the worst import from Canada since Justin Bieber. After navigating the twists and turns of that wicked case, Sam will take your hand and lead you down the icy roads of Route 2A in Maine. And remember, never stop for the lady in white.

This week, Kat and Sam look into some ~unexplained~ events while trying to explain each others' college majors to one another. Sipping on some refreshing strawberry basil hefeweizen from Forbidden Root Brewery, Sam starts us off with a science-y look at the Hessdalen Lights, a strange light phenomena over the Hessdalen Valley in Norway. Then, Kat gives Sam an English lesson about the literary history of "locked room" tales, detailing some gruesome real life stories with...questionable theories attached. So kick back, grab a beer, and join us in realizing that we know absolutely nothing!
