Pulp! creator Cody Sullivan sits down with Chris Goulet and Science Night's James Reed to do the unthinkable: Create a new Cryptid.
This Halloween we decided to do something a bit different. Chris Goulet, James Reed, and Cody Sullivan host a roundtable discussion on what makes a cryptid--and what makes them scary, in particular. Interwoven with the discussion is a larger narrative piece about one man's brave encouter with this nightmare creature deep in the shadow of the woods. This episode promises to be as informative as it is chilling, and if you enjoy hearing James talk about the biology of this creature, head on over to scinight.com to hear more.
This episode is complimented well by the latest episode of Science Night, where James and Cody talk about premature burials, graverobbing, and how Queen Victoria's mourning brought an entire nation to reconcile their mortality. Stick around at the end of the episode for a Pulpy take on Edgar Allen Poe's, "The Premature Burial." You can listen by clicking here (https://www.scinight.com/episodes/2020-halloween-spectacular), or searching for Science Night on wherever you get your podcasts!
We here at Pulp! wish you a happy and safe Halloween!

Greetings and Salutations, dear listeners!
We here at Pulp! are proud to bring you the long awaited SEASON FINALE of our abridged Curbside series. We began this series back in March, and we hope we were able to bring you some much needed diversion over these last few months. Consider this episode a humble offering from us to you, as a way of giving thanks for your dear patronage, and we hope you enjoy the mystery that surrounds our two friends as they continue recieving odder than usual letters in the Dead Letters department of the local Post Office.
Special thanks to Morgan Hamilton for submitting this story, as well as Jacob Garnjost and Cody Sullivan for lending their voices to the program.

In this classic horror tale, written by author Edgar Allen Poe, we meet a man wronged who has finally devised the perfect plan to rebuke his redresser. With the wicked web now woven, all it takes is leading the fool into it with flattery and the promise of fine wine.

A young man is sent away to a cabin in Vermont to relax and ease his stress after a nervous breakdown. He finds much more than tall pines and picturesque sunsets, as he begins to realize he is being terrorized by a very strange owl.
